Rib Masters in Bullard

I always make a trip to RibMasters, every time I visit East Texas. The ribs are definitely the best . They are always so tender and the glaze is outstanding.

They have a two Burger two fry two drink meal for 1199 and the burger and fries were out of this world good. One of the best hamburgers I've ever had go check it out.

this place seems to be going downhill, used to be one of my favorite places now just not worth going. Out of most of the side dishes at 5:45 PM, and running out of meats by 6:15 PM I understand this is to cut down on food waste but it's kinda out of hand not good when you lose more business because of it. The meats are not tasting like the should and the skin membrane was left on the ribs plus served with it.

Ribs where good and moist. Chopped beef was fresh and flavoured

Great PULLED PORK, I stop their often

My wife and I used to love this place. I have been 3 times in the past 2 weeks, out of BRISKET EVERY TIME okay, guess I’ll get ribs then. Out of those too! Was told they have a new owner, seems like the place is going downhill the last month or so. The back of the place was filthy when I looked back there. Food all over the ground. My wife called in a potato and they told her they didn’t have ranch. The potato was filled with grease and fat also. I will NOT BE BACK!!!

Quality is not consistent. I had brisket once and it tasted like a beef roast. Other times the meat in the sandwiches are crunchy. I do not care for their potato salad or beans.

This place is just not consistent. Went a couple of times and it was good, but poor service. Then a change of management and was good and good service. This time, service was pretty good, but food, not so much. Got the two meat plate and the brisket was non-existent. It was more than 60 % fat. I don't mean marbled; solid fat. I am sure the portions are by weight, but there was no trimming involved. I got about 4 bites and the rest was trash. The second meat was a hot link (they were out of sausage), which was ok. My wife did not like her ribs and said they were dry. Then there was the TV. It was loud, but the waitress turned it down. Problem is, it was on HBO and here comes the nude sex scene. We had our young son with us and we don't allow him to see that at home and sure didn't expect it at a family BBQ place.

This place was way better before it was sold to new owners. Too forever to get waitress to table, forever to get a check. I almost added up bill myself so I could leave in time to get back to work. I'll never return.

Good but food and service not as good as the one in Whitehouse

Food and dessert is fantastic. Super friendly staff. I was unsure of what sides for the rib basket my wife wanted when I was ordering. They waited patiently while I called her. My 8 year old son had the kids beef brisket basket and would definitely give them 5 stars as well. The beef rib basket is by far my favorite. If they just added corn bread my head would explode. They also have peach and black berry cobler which I enjoy very much.

Best ribs I've ever eaten! Delish brisket, cobbler & pie as well. Even the corn takes smoky & yummy. Can't go wrong here! Not cheap, but worth the money.

There's not a lot to eat in Bullard but if you want to eat some really good barbecue come down here. The barbecue was awesome thanks Nick for the hospitality

The bbq was good, the rest of the food was MEHHHH, the service civil but not friendly. Won't go back.

Some of the best smoked turkey I've had in my life. Thanks to the new owner who came out to check on us twice to see how things were. I wish you, your wife, and son well in the bbq business.

Excellent brisket and ribs!!!Buy chopped brisket for all week... don't like to cook... this makes most of my dinners all week...

During this crazy time Gov. Abbott has mandated face mask be worn in restaurants except while you eat. No employee had one on and when I asked was told it is too hot. Not acceptable will not be back until COVID19 is over.

Started with a girl answering the phone that sounded very unimpressed to have to work. I arrived to find out my order had been lost, for the second time in a row. Ribs were majority fat and gristle, brisket was amazing though.

It was pretty darn good but my Mac n Cheese was cold. It was pbb that it was sitting on the counter lol. The most part it was good =)

This is a $37 takeout order. I will say the food tastes great. The 2 slices of bread seemed petty and chincy. The younger lady I spoke with seems disinterested in customers. The lady who was a little older was very nice. 3.5 stars but I’ll give 4 as my options are limited.

Got a baked potato with brisket.... it was amazing!! Probably the best I've ever had. I didn't get the cooks name, but he was a black guy...I noticed a tattoo on his left hand. That guy hooked me up! As long as he's back there cooking I'll be back☺

The chopped beef sandwich was good, we tried the mac and cheese for a side, and it was the boxed kind. Wasnt to good. Bit I dont like boxed mac&cheese

Went here before the food was exceptional. I was super excited to take my family this time; however tried it again and caught the waitress sleeping on the first bench as you walk in. Given it was extremely slow day I didn’t think to much of it then came the attitude towards me for catching her sleeping, instead of staying I just decided the vibe was off and I would take my family somewhere else. Really wish I could’ve enjoyed it.

So happy to have come across this little jewel! the food was yummy. The ribs plentiful. The twins who work there were interactive with the patrons, a nice change!

Something made me turn around and try it. I was not disappointed. Outstanding!!!

They lost our order, then notified us 20 minutes later of the list order, and to add to that they were then out of the things we were previously able to order. So we got to watch the table next to us, eat the food we should have been given. Terrible service! DO NOT SUGGEST

The brisket was well smoked and had a wonderful flavor. However, not enough fat was trimmed for my taste, and we didn't care for the BBQ sauce.

I always like ordering the loaded baked potato with the chopped brisket. Never disappoints! I’ve learned to order on my way home from work and I don’t have to wait for my order. Friendly staff.

I got the three meat combo with two sides and I was so very disappointed .. I drove from another town to try it. I tried it about two years ago and it was better. 3 ribs which was dried out , two slices of brisket cut in half to make four pieces and some old sausages. I wanted to take it back but didn't feel like the drama. Worst BBQ I've eaten

Best barbeque in Smith County!

Very average to be so overly priced

It was alright, but if you're going to call yourselves the rib "master", they'd better be the best in the area. They, unfortunately, were not. Smitty's in Tyler has far better ribs for around the same price.

Premises were clean and with plenty room.Smells were enticing and servings are generous. You can request marbled or lean portions. The barbecue is very good and I recomend Ribmasters.

Nico and his staff are great. They have the best ribs around.

You guys have really stepped up your game, keep up the good work. The food was awesome as well as the service. I highly recommend you go by there.

What they had available was decent food - I think anyway - see timeline below, I wasn't able to taste much of it as it was chew, chew, swallow quickly! They only had about half the menu available.And, that's where it takes a turn for the worse. The service here is atrocious! I came in to eat & was told to seat myself - all good, but then 3 other customers came in behind me and the server/waitress proceeded to ignore me & take all three of their to go orders before even coming over to get my drink order. I only have an hour for lunch, and it takes 10 minutes to get here from work. Waiting for 15 minutes before she even came by to get my order, another 15 minutes for them to plate it, and then another 10 minutes to get back to work - hmmmm.....that means I get a whole 10 minutes to wolf down a plate of food!Nope, food is not that good to justify coming back!
